የሀገር አቀፍ እና የክልሉን ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርት ስልጠና እስትራቴጂ እቅድ መሰረት በማድረግ የስወ ሃይል ልማት ጥራት ያለው ስልጠና በመስጠት ብቁ እና በሙያው የሚተማን የሠለጠነ የሰው ሀይል ለሥራ ገበያ በብቃት በማቅረብ እንዲሁም ምርታማነትን ሊያሻሽሉ የሚችሉ አዳዲስ ቴክኖሉጂዎችን ለህብረተሰቡ ተደራሽ በማድረግ ኮሌጁ ሀገራዊና ተቋማዊ ተልዕኮውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ማሳካት፡፡
በቀጣይ አስራ አምስት አመታት ውስጥ ከፍተኛና በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ የስልጠና ተቋም መሆንና አዳዲስ ችግር ፈቺ ቴክኖሎጂዎች የሚፈጠሩበት ተቋም መሆን፡፡

የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በተቋሙ ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ለተለያዩ ዲፓርትምንት መምህራን ከዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በመተባበር ስልጠናዎችን መስጠት ጀመረ፡፡ ስልጠናው ለቀጣይ 10 ቀናት የሚቀጥል ሲሆን መምህራን ያሏቸውን ክፍተቶች ለመመልከትና ጠንካራ የስልጠና ሂደት እንዲኖራቸው ያስችላል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡

በዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ 21ኛው የፀረ-ሙስና ቀን ሙስና የሚጠየፍ ትውልድ ለኢትዮጵያ ብልፅግና በሚል መሪ ቃል ተከብሮ ዋለ፡፡ በበዓሉ ላይ የስነ-ዜጋ መምህርት የሆኑት ወ/ሮ የኔአለም ሽብሩ ሙስና ለሀገር ዕድገት መጓተት ከፍተኛ አስተዋፅኦ ያለው በመሆኑ በፅኑ ልንዋጋው እንደሚገባ አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
በተጨማሪም የኮሌጁ የስነ-ምግባርና ፀረ-ሙስና ቡድን መሪ የሆኑት አቶ አብርሃም እሸቴ የሙስናን አስከፊነትና ለሀገር እድገት ነቀርሳ መሆኑን ለታዳሚው ገልፀዋል፡፡
በበዓሉ ላይ የኮሌጁ ዲን ተወካይ የሆኑት አቶ ሲሳይ ተስፋዬ ሙስና በሀገር ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ላይ የሚያደርሰው ተፅዕኖ ዘርፈ ብዙ መሆኑን አውስተዋል፡፡

በሀገራች ለ36ኛ እንዲሁም በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ሰብአዊ መብትን ያከበረ የኤች አይ ቪ አገልግሎት ለሁሉም በሚል መሪ ቃል በዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በተለያዮ ዝግጅቶች ተከብሮ ዋለ። በዕለቱ የስዕል ኤግዚብሽንን ጨምሮ በተለያዮ ፕሮግራሞች ታስቦ ውሏል።

የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በተለያየ የሥልጠና ዘርፍ ሲያሰለጥናቸው የነበሩትን ሠልጣኞች በታላቅ ድምቀት አስመረቀ፡፡ በምርቃት ሥነ-ስርዓቱ ላይ የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ቢሮ ኃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ አብዮት ደምሴን ጨምሮ አባገዳዎችና ሌሎችም ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው እንግዶች ተገኝተዋል፡፡ በዕለቱ ንግግር ያደረጉት የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጀ ዋና ዲን የሆኑት አቶ ሀብታሙ አለማየሁ ሠልጣኞች በሰለጠኑበት የሙያ ዘርፍ በመሰማራት አካባቢያቸውንና ሀገራውን ከፍ ወዳለ ደረጃ ለማሳደግ የበኩላቸውን አስተዋፅኦ እንዲያበረክቱና አሻራቸውን እንዲያኖሩ አሳስበዋል፡፡

የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅን በተለያየ የሥራ ዘርፍ ለረዥም ዓመታት ሲያገለግሉና በጡረታ ለተሰናበቱ የተቋሙ ሠራተኞች ደማቅ አሸኛኘት ተደረገላቸው፡፡ ሠራተኞቹ ባላቸው ታታሪነትና የአገልግሎት ዘመናቸው ላበረከቱት አስተዋፅኦ ምስጋናና እውቅና ተበርክቶላቸዋል፡፡
መላው የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ መምህራንና የአስተዳደር ሠራተኞች መልካም ረዥም ዕድሜና ሙሉ ጤንነት ይመኝላቸዋል፡፡

የዲላ ፖሊ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የአስተዳደርና ስልጠና ሠራተኞች በጋራ በመሆን የፅዳት ዘመቻ የጀመሩ ሲሆን ዘመቻው በየሳምንቱ አርብ የሚቀጥል ይሆናል፡፡ በፅዳት ዘመቻው አመርቂ ውጤት የታየ ሲሆን ንፁህ ከባቢን መፍጠር የስራ ተነሳሽነትን መጨመር እንደሚችል የታየበት ሆኖ ተገኝቷል፡፡ ከዚህም በተጨማሪ በሠራተኞች መካከል ያለውን ማህበራዊ እንቅስቃሴና ተግባቦትም ይበልጥ የሚያነቃቃና የቋሙንም ገፅታ ልዩ መልክ የሚሰጥ ሆኗል፡፡
